Cat Vaccine Schedule

A healthy cat is a happy cat

  • FVRCPA combination vaccine that protects against feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia. Kittens should receive this vaccine at 8, 12, and 16 weeks of age, and then annually after that.
  • RabiesRequired by Pennsylvania state law, kittens should receive their first rabies vaccine between 12 and 16 weeks of age, and then again annually.
  • Feline Leukemia (FeLV)Recommended for all kittens and some adults. Kittens should receive this vaccine at 12 and 16 weeks of age, and then annually for those at higher risk.

While other cat vaccinations aren't legally required, they are important to protect your cat from serious diseases. You can consult with your veterinarian to create a customized immunization schedule for your pet.
